I have heard a lot of successful stories about internet dating and how it worked for people coming from different walks of life. I also tried to get some more information from my friends who have registered with it and came to the conclusion that I can certainly give it a try. I have dated many girls in past but never used the methodology of internet dating anytime and am quite curious to try it once. It was raining outside and I can't do anything other than sitting idle at home. Just then I recollected of one such internet dating site and immediately got myself registered. We are living in a very impersonal world today. People are moving so fast these days that they do not anymore have the opportunity to build meaningful and lasting relationships. It could be the result of better mobility. In the globalized age, migration to a different country is easier than before. Others, frequently transfer area of residence because of work. Those reasons coupled with our modern lifestyle are not conducive for developing good, long-lasting relationships. Today I saw the lady of my dreams in my English coarse. Her legs were crossed and her head tilted upon her hands, symbolizing she was beyond bored. Her expressions were lovely. My husband is diabetic. He has type 1 diabetes and hes suffered from when he was a teenager. He had just droppedour daughter off at a friends house for a sleepover when it happened. He had walked, asour daughter was too small to carry her sleepover bag alone, and the traffic was too bad for the car. One the way home, he took a shortcut through an alleyway that he hadn't taken withour daughter, due to not knowing exactly where it came out. He decided now was the time to check.It came out in a strange part of London that he vaguely recognised. He continued on down the road trying to find a landmark that would help him home. He came across a group of teenagers waiting outside a club, to try their hand at london dating. As he walked past them he started to feel ill. He recognised the feeling of low blood sugar and realised he needed to find food fast, or he would be in a coma before he got home. He asked one of the teenagers in an embraceif they had any chocolate or anything he could have, as he had no money on him to buy any. They just laughed atmy husbandthinking he was a beggar, and moved down the queue before he could explain. He carried on down the road, feeling more and more lightheaded and weak. He tried to fight it, but the disease had him in its embrace.Suddenly he staggered heavily and fell over, he tried to stand up but was handcuffed by a policeman that he hadn't noticed. The policeman hauled him up, assuming he was drunk and didn't listen to the faint whisper of 'disbetic' coming from my husbands lips. As my husband slipped into a coma, the policeman assumed he had just passed out from drinking. When myhusband had taken 3 hours to return from my daughters friends house,I stopped thinking he was chatting with her dad, and tried to ring him. When a strange man answered the phone Inearly hung up thinking it was a wrong number, until he said he was a policeman. He explained the state my husband was in.I was so furious at the policeman for not calling an ambulance,that I found it hard tocontrol myself enough to tell him thatmy husbands diabetic. I instructed him to call an ambulance, hung up and raced to the spot where they were. I found an ambulance there with my husband being stretchered into the back of it with an oxygen mask on. Panic flooded through me as the ambulancemen struggled torescue my husband from the diseases embrace.As we drove to the hospital, I stayed by his side listening intently to the whisper of breath coming from his lips. About 5 minutes into the journey the whisper stopped. It never started again. Through the policeman not being educated about the symptoms of diabetes, my husband lost his life that night. Police need to be more aware. Not everyone staggering is drunk.
